TERMS AND CONDITIONS
● 50% deposit + applicable taxes with order. Plus 100% of special or custom equipment cost. ● Balance due in full at completion and before any food buggy unit is shipped or picked up. ○ Please allow time for the transfer of funds to be completed prior to the actual pick-up or third-party shipping date. ● As all mobile food units are custom and made specifically for the intended application of our client(s), deposits and payments are non-refundable. ● Next Step Family of Products (NSFP) will at our discretion attempt to find a secondary client with a standard 30% reassignment fee deducted from any deposits or payments made prior to the default. ○ There is no guarantee NSFP will find a secondary purchaser. ● Normal manufacturing time for a Mobile Cart(s) is approximately 120- 180 days from the date of the initial deposit. ○ The initial deposit guarantees a placement into our manufacturing order. ● Commencement of the manufacturing process is linked to change order requests for actual delivery time. ● NSFP cannot be held responsible for the availability of equipment and supplies from third-party suppliers *All Bank Checks or Wire Transfers should be made payable to Next Step Family of Products d/b/a foodbuggys.com *We now accept credit cards with a service charge of 5%
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Food Buggys have a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the Manufacturer(s) All parts of your Food Buggy are guaranteed, from the manufacturer(s), for 1 year from the date of delivery of your cart. During the warranty period, if any small part fails due to a defect it will be replaced free of charge by the manufacturer(s). Larger parts i.e. axle maximum payment $350 USD. Other types of damage including but not limited to misuse or abuse are not covered by this warranty. *Next Step Family of Products and the manufacturer are not responsible for any loss of business which may occur due to a part failure. *Next Step Family of Products does not make any imply that they warranty any cart or trailer, it is solely the manufacturer(s) that warrantty items they build.
Important Notice About Local Requirements
It is the responsibility of the clients to be sure that the Food Buggy that you order and purchase from the Manufacturer meets all of the local health code requirements for your intended location. Local health codes can vary greatly from city to city, county to county, and state to state. There is a lot of varying information on the internet regarding local health code requirements. Do your research carefully. Please contact your local health department directly for their specific requirements. Further, we would recommend that you actually take the time to visit their office in person (with the Food Buggy photos, the specs and the drawings) to be sure that you and they are on the same page so that your Food Buggy will be approved.
